1. Returns and Exchanges

• All products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
• For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Return Process

a. Returns of Non-Defective Products:

ii. We only process size exchanges if we receive the product in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact. The replacement item will be shipped once we receive the product at the designated address.
iii. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

b. Returns of Defective or Damaged Products:
i. Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +57 3001953609 to report the defective or damaged product. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.
ii. We will review your case and provide specific instructions, which may include returning the product or sending a replacement.
iii. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs.
iv. Note: All fabrics have a shrinkage margin of 1% to 3%, which is a normal process. Returns or exchanges are not applicable in such cases.

4. Returns Processing and Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or replacement within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for your original purchase.
